家のキッチンで簡単に作れる大人も子供も大好きなシンプルな焼き菓子のひとつを紹介します。
Popular small cookies in Japan "Bolo"
Bolo (No fluor baking)
We can buy those small cookies at supermarket and we often give the bolo to small kids in Japan. Of course I also love them so much. And taste of the cookies reminds me of childhood. Why don't you try to bake them at home? With only good ingredients!!
Ingredients (10-15 small portions )
1 egg yolk
80g cornstarch
30g brown sugar
2 tbs of milk
Powdered sugar for coating
Method
1. Preheat oven 160℃ and prepare a large baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, Mix all ingredients together and combine everything together with hands. Form the dough in small balls and place on the baking sheet. Spaced at least an inch apart from each other.
3. Bake for 18 minutes. When they are still warm but cool enough to touch, roll the cookies into some powdered sugar. Set aside on a rack to cool completely. When cool, dust again in powdered sugar.
